3. Medical Certificate. The Certificate of verification of the medical examination record or the Health Examination Certificate for the overseas personnel issued by the China inspection and quarantine institution, or the medical examination certificate issued by the Overseas Health and medical institution approved by the China Inspection and Quarantine Institution, issued within 6 months. 3.体检证明。由中国检验检疫机构出具的境外人员体格检查记录验证证明或健康检查证明书，或经中国检验检疫机构认可的境外卫生医疗机构出具的体检证明，签发时间均在6个月内。如无法提供，可由单位写健康承诺书。备注:经中国检验检疫机构认可的境外卫生医疗机构名单，可至当地驻外使领馆网站查询。原件（电子1份）。

4. Employment contract or certificate of employment (including dispatch letter from MNC).
