英语学习英译英：making a reservation

在当今“互联网 英语学习工具”时代，在一个用手机扫描和软件就可以实现“人机对话”从而完全可以克服过去无法克服的“（外语）语言交流”障碍的时代，一个非英语语言专业的人依然“不辞辛苦”，“不辞岁月”去学习甚至“掌握”平时根本用不上的英语其实是毫无任何意义。

在这样的背景下依然想学学英语的唯一意义，就是通过学习（新）英语获得训练我们“学习力”，获得我们把学过的已知的（旧）英语用起来的能力，从而克服在非英语语言环境下我们辛辛苦苦耗费时间精力学来的英语不至于白白浪费。

比如，下面这段英语，其学习的问题和目的已经不再是“你懂它的汉语意思从而以后有机会在语言环境下用起来吗？”，你就算“掌握”得“烂熟”，可以肯定你基本没有机会有个语言环境让你“用一用”，那么，我们从中怎么学又学到什么？

3.Do you have any vacant rooms for November 12?

4.Sorry, were all booked up.

5.Sorry, we re full on that date.

6.We regret to say that all rooms are occupied.

如果你把这几句making a reservation的英语一字不漏全都英译汉成中文“来学”，“才懂”，这样的“英语学习”就大错特错了，说白了就是在浪费时间：我们觉得我们会有机会用这样的英语making a reservation吗？
