本人，XX，男，1970年8月28日生，护照号XXXXXX。本人1994年3月从XX大学毕业后，于1994年5月进入社会工作。现将自己从1994年5月至今的经历概括如下：

I, XX, male, was born on August 28, 1970; my passport No. is XXXXXX. A变更fter graduating from XX University in March 1994, I entered the society to work in May 1994. Now, I summarize my experience from May 1994 to now as follows:

大学毕业后，我进入了XX公司工作，在日本山口县宇部市XX店当营业员,成为店铺第一线店员，学习最基本的店铺营运以及店铺管理的各种技能。工作内容是打扫卫生,货品整理,接待顾客等店铺营运的基本日常工作,同时接受关于店铺管理的各项管明书理技能的培训,如:人员工作安排,库存管理,销售分析,经费管理等。

After graduating from university, I joined XX as a shop assistant in XX Store of英文 Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture of Japan and became the front-line clerk of the store, learning all kinds of basic skills for store operation and management. My job contents were to do some cleaning, sort out goods, receive customers and other basic daily work for store operation; meanwhile, I received the training on various store management skills, such as working arrangement of personnel, inventory management, sales an名称alysis and funds management, etc.

自1994年9月开始我通过了XX公司内部考核，任东京地区首批店铺的店长。在东京都八王子市独立经营运作XX店, 通过独立经营品牌的最小经营单店掌握连锁化经营的各项店铺营运的标准化管理与高效率经营的基本知识。

Since September 1994, I passed the internal assessment of XX and was appointed as one of managers of first-batch stores in Tokyo. I operated XX Store in Hachioji City of Tokyo independently and grasped the basic knowledge on standardization management and efficient operation for various chain store operations through the minimum operational single store with independent operating brand.

1995声明年4月我被调到XX公司商品部，从事商品部门的生产管理工作，为了配合公司发展自主品牌的战略思路，参与了建立品牌的品质管理标准、生产计格式划与生产进度管理等自主品牌的各项基础建设，同时开始自主开发生产供应商和工厂，与设计部门共同进行自主品牌的商品研发。我当时除了参与建立品质标准，建立生产管理方式等工作之外，还单独负责针织类产品的生产管理。

In April 1995, I was transferred to Commodity Department of XX to engage in production and management of Commodity Department. In order to match the strategic thinking of the Company for developing proprietary brand, I participated in the construction of a公司ll kinds of infrastructures for proprietary brand in quality management standard of brand, production plan and production schedule management, etc.; at the same time, I developed production suppliers and factories independently and conducted commodity R&D of proprietary brand with Design Department. At that time, in addition to participating in the establishment of quality standard and production management mode, I was also responsible for the production management of knitted products independently.

1996年1月，我开始担任XX公司生产部的部长职务，负责公司所有商品的生产管理工作, 负责所有的工厂开发,面辅料开发等一系列供应链建设。期间重点致力于：1）自主品牌的各项主力品类的研发，原材料的创新与核心品类的系列化产品开发2）策划并作为项目推手，负责各项目与原材料供应3）在上述的供应链基础上，不断完善品质管理的体系化建设4）在公司里首倡“以销定产”的概念，带领生产部门团队与销售部门进行跨部门协作。

From January 1996, I began to act as Director of Production Department of XX, responsible for production management of all the commodities of the Company and a series of supply chain construction including all the factory R&D, fabric & accessory development, etc. In this period, I mainly devoted myself to: 1) R&D of all kinds of main categories of proprietary brand, innovation of raw materials and serialization production development of core category; 2) as a planner and project promoter, being responsible for various projects and the supply of raw materials; 3) based on the above supply chain, constantly perfecting the systematization cons声明truction of quality management; 4) initiating the concept of “producing 范文according to sales”, leading the team of Production Department to conduct trans-department cooperation with Sales Department.

1999年4月，XX公司创办中国生产管理事务所（上海和广州），任命我担任中国总代表。负责公司在华的全部业务，管理安排每年数十亿美元的订单，管理100多个合作的缝制工厂以及近百个面辅料工厂的生产和出口贸易。招聘接近100名当地员工，与“XX工程”对接，使日本优秀的技术在中国年轻的员工中以及合作的工厂中得到传承，完成人才培养以及与总公司业务衔接等一系列本土化策略。进一步深化公司的供应链建设，结合公司采购量的巨幅增长，完成各种原材料的集约整合，实现更大的规模效应。对于合作厂商也进行了几轮的再开发与优化，华东、华北名称、华南的三大生产基地占公司整体生产规模90%的供应链建设。

In April 1999, XX founded the Production Management Office in China (SHANGHAI and Guangzhou) and I was appointed as the General Representative in China, responsible for all the businesses of the Company in China, managing and arranging the orders of billions of US dollars annually and managing the production and export trade of more than one hundred cooperat公司ive sewing factories and nearly one hundred fabric and accessory factories. Nearly 100 local employees were employed to dock with “XX Project”, making the excellent Japanese technologies are inherited by the young Chinese employees and the cooperative factories and completing a series of localization strategies like talent cultivation and business linkup wi明书th the Head Office. I further deepened the supply chain construction of the Company, completed the intensive integration of all kinds of raw materials and realized larger scale effect by combining with the huge growth of purchase quantity of the Company. For the coop范文erative manufacturers, I also conducted several rounds of redevelopment and optimization, and completed the supply chain construction in which the three production bases in East China, North China and South China occupied 90% of overall production scale of the Company.

2001年2月，我担任XX公司集团总公司执行董事兼任中国总代表。我的职责是：参与公司的整体经营，参与国际化与多品牌化的发展战略制定，并作为中国事业的负责人开始为公司进入中国零售市场做调研与筹备工作。期间也致力于和中国纺织行业的交流以及中日外经贸领域的合作交流，公司对中国纺织行业所做的贡献得到了中国政府的肯定。

In February 2001, I worked as Executive Director of Head Office of XX & General Representative in China. My duties were: to participate in the overall operation of the Company; participate in the formulation of development strategy of internationalization and multiple branding; and begin survey and preparatory work for the Company to enter Chinese retail market as the principal of undertaking in China. In this period, I also devoted myself to the exchanges with Chinese textile industry and the cooperation and exchanges between China and Japan in the field of foreign trade and economy. The contributions of the Company to Chinese textile industry were affirmed by Chinese government.

2002年 8月，我创办中国的合资公司---（江苏）XX有限公司，兼任该中国子公司的董事总经理。通过长期的考察，我选择了具有雄厚实力和卓越经营理念的江苏XX集团股份有限公司作为合资公司的合作伙伴, 完成公司注册与品牌的命名注册，组建中国的零售团队，完成了总公司成功的业务模式在中国的复制，依据国情制定各种必要的发展规划与执行策略。

In August 2002, I established a joint venture—(Jiangsu) XX Co., Ltd. and acted as the Managing Director of this Chines英文e subsidiary of the Company. Through long-term survey, I selected Jiangsu XX Group Co., Ltd. as the partner of the joint venture. It has abundant strength and excellent operation philosophy. I completed company registration and the naming and registration of brand, organized a Chinese retail team, completed the copying of successful business model of Head Office in China and made all kinds of necessary development plans and implementation strategies according to the national conditions.

2002年8月，经董事会提名，股东大会认可，我当选为XX公司集团总公司董事，成为集团公司法定最高经营责任机构的董事会成员之一（包括创始人XX先生在内的8人经营团队）。

In August 2002, nominated by the Board of Directors and recognized by the general meeting of shareholders, I was elected as a director of Head Office of XX and became one of members of Board of Directors (8-person management team including the founder Mr. XX) —the highest legal management responsibility organization of the Head Office.

直至2005年12月，除了兼任中国子公司的董事总经理之外，作为集团总公司董事,参与集团总公司的整体经营，包括集团公司进行进一步的国际化策略以及海外各国事业方案的审核（韩国，美国市场拓展）；对欧洲与美国品牌进行M&A的研讨与决策 ；参与对集团公司的履行社会责任机制以及企业行为规范准则等作为国际化品牌公司的各项发展策略的制定与审核。由于萌发了自主创业的念头，我于2005年12月辞去了在XX公司的职务。

Until December 2005, in addition to acting as the Managing Director of subsidiary in China, I had participated in the overall operation of the Head Office as a director of Head Office, including reviewing the strategy of further internationalization of the Head Office and oversea cause programs in various countries (South Korea and US market expansion); had discussed and made decisions on European and American brands; had participated in the formulation and review of various development strategies of the Company as an international brand company such as the performance of corporate social responsibility and code of conduct of enterprise. Because an idea of entrepreneurship came to me, I resigned the positions in XX in December 2005.

受原合作伙伴发展自主品牌的委托，我于2006年1月为其筹备创立新品牌。创立XX商贸（上海）有限公司（作为品牌的前期筹备公司），我担任总经理。创立并注册了“ blinkgallery”高端女装品牌。至2008年2月，我和团队在国际时尚最前沿的法国，意大利，日本等国家挖掘有潜力的独立设计师，并与其合作，对国际化的创变更意设计与晨风集团的生产力进行整合，进行全新的资源整合以及商业模式的尝试与研讨。

Entrusted by the original partner for the development of independent brand, I prepared to set up a new brand for it in January 2006. I founded XX (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD (as the prophase preparatory company of the brand) and acted as General 格式Manager. I founded and registered a high-end women’s clothing brand “Blinkgallery”. As of February 2008, my team and I sought the potential independent designers in the forefront of international fashion: France, Italy and Japan, etc. and cooperated with them to integrate internationalized creative design and the productivity of Chenfeng Group, as well as to attempt and discuss new resource integration and business model.

2008年3月把作为筹备公司的“XX商贸（上海）有限公司”以及“XX” 品牌的权利，品牌的整个运作团队以及所有内容转让给上海XX商贸有限公司，出任上海XX商贸有限公司的法定代表人兼总经理。到2012年10月为止，在与各国设计师合作的同时，组建并培养自主品牌的设计团队，完成了品牌建设、商品开发，零售管理的各项业务体系和初步的零售市场拓展。 2012年10月顺利完成了把该品牌公司纳入江苏XX集团股份有限公司旗下的工商税务等注册变更手续，卸任“上海XX商贸有限公司”的一切职务。此时，女儿申请到了悉尼大学XX学院的入学通知，我也想将以后的投资重心转移到澳洲，准备着手办理澳大利亚投资移民事宜，所以我辞去了再上海XX商贸有限公司总经理的职务。

In March 2008, I transferred the preparatory company “XX (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD” and the right of “XX” brand, the whole operation team and all the contents of the brand to XX Co., Ltd. I worked as the Legal Representative & General Manager of Shanghai XX Co., Ltd. As of October 2012, I had organized and trained a design team of proprietary brand while cooperating with the designers of various countries; had completed brand construction, commodity development, various business systems of retail management and preliminary retail market expansion. In October 2012, I completed the registration change procedures in industry & commerce and tax smoothly for incorporating this brand company into Jiangsu XX Group Co., Ltd and resigned all the positions in “Shanghai XX Co., Ltd”. At that time, my daughter received the Letter of Admission from XX College of University of Sydney; I also wanted to transfer my investment focus to Australia in the future and prepared to handle the affairs of investment immigration to Australia. Therefore, I resigned my position of General Manager in Shanghai XX Co., Ltd.

从2012年11月份开始，我专注于办理澳大利亚投资移民事宜。

Since November 2012, I have focused on handling the affairs regarding investment immigration to Australia.

本人在此声明，我投资澳洲的资产都来源于我个人合法的商业收入。
