Dear investors,

新冠肺炎发生以来，中国政府果断采取全面防控措施，国际社会紧急驰援，中国人民特别是医务工作者团结奋战，疫情防控取得了积极成效。广西壮族自治区人民政府全面落实各项防控措施，新冠肺炎疫情得到有效遏制。自2月24日20时起，广西新冠肺炎疫情防控应急响应级别由自治区重大突发公共卫生事件Ⅰ级响应调整为Ⅲ级响应，疫情防控进入了科学防治、精准施策阶段。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the Governmentof China has taken decisive and comprehensive prevention and control measures,and the international community has rushed to provide assistance. The Chinesepeople, especially medical staff, have united as one and realized positiveresults in epidemic prevention and control. The People’s Government of theGuangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has comprehensively implemented variousprevention and control measures, effectively stemming the outbreak. From 20:00on February 24, Guangxi lowered the emergency response level of epidemicprevention and control from a first-level public health emergency response to athird-level response of the autonomous region. At present, scientific andtargeted measures are being taken to prevent and control the outbreak.

当前，中国（广西）自由贸易试验区（以下简称广西自贸试验区）正在按照中央和自治区“突出重点、统筹兼顾、分类指导、分区施策”的要求，统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展。为高标准建设好广西自贸试验区，去年底，自治区政府印发了《促进中国（广西）自由贸易试验区高质量发展支持政策》（桂政发〔2019〕53号），从支持先进制造业聚集发展等11个方面提出了30项优惠政策。最近，中央和自治区政府先后发布了一系列政策，支持企业在疫情防控期间有序复工复产。按照上述文件要求，广西自贸试验区积极作为，对实体企业实行“一企一策”精准扶持，协助解决复工复产遇到的用工、防控物资保障、原材料供应、物流运输、市场开拓等实际困难，我们将通过在线审批、网上办公，提供财政和金融支持，减轻企业负担，支持企业平稳渡过难关。

Currently, the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free TradeZone (Guangxi FTZ) is advancing epidemic prevention and control, as well aseconomic and social development, according to central and regionalrequirements, i.e. requirements on “highlighting the priority, making overallplans, taking all factors into consideration, giving targeted guidance andissuing different policies to different regions.” In order to build the GuangxiFTZ at a high standard, Guangxi issued its Policyon Supporting the High-Quality Development of the China (Guangxi) Pilot FreeTrade Zone (GZF [2019] No. 53) at the end of last year, in which 30preferential policies were released over 11 aspects, including supporting theclustered development of advanced manufacturing. Recently, the CentralGovernment and the People’s Government of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regionhave released a number of policies to support the resumption of work in anorderly manner during epidemic prevention and control. According to therequirements of the document above, the Guangxi FTZ has acted proactively,carried out “one policy for one enterprise” for entity enterprises and assistedenterprises in solving actual difficulties with the resumption of work, such asthose relating to employment, the guarantee of supplies for epidemic preventionand control, raw material supplies, logistics & transportation and marketdevelopment. We will provide financial support to ease enterprises’ burdens andto help them smoothly overcome difficulties through online examination andapproval as well as remote work online.

四、关于对个人健康防护的建议

IV. Suggestions for Personal Health Protection

（一）做好自我防护。尽量减少前往酒店、商场等人群密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动，避免在环境封闭、空气不流通的公共场所长时间停留，避免近距离接触任何有流感症状的患者，外出时注意佩戴口罩，降低感染风险，规范投放废弃口罩。

(I) Protect Yourself. Reduce your frequency of going to densely populated venues such as hotels and shopping malls. Suspend group activities like gatherings for dinner. Avoid staying for a long time in public places that are enclosed and poorly ventilated. Avoid having close contact with patients with flu symptoms. Wear a mask when going out to reduce the risk of infection, and properly dispose of used masks.

(II) Pay Attention to Personal Hygiene. Maintain good personal health habits. Wash hands frequently. Get more rest. Maintain a clean residence. Ensure that rooms are well ventilated. Strengthen personal immunity, and always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing.

（三）加强科学预警。若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到正规医院就诊，并如实告知近期接触情况，为医疗机构科学及时诊断治疗提供有效信息。
